6 Benefits of Invisalign

Invisalign treatment has many benefits over traditional braces, such as:

  • Virtually invisible and discreet- the trays are clear so no one will know you’re wearing them!

  • More comfortable - the trays are made from SmartTrack material, making them more comfortable and easier to put on and take off.

  • Removable - you can take them out to eat, drink and perform regular hygiene activities.

  • Easier to clean - keeping your trays clean is a breeze.

  • Fewer Office Visits - you get your custom trays to switch out every few weeks.

  • Faster Results - patients tend to see faster results with Invisalign versus traditional braces.

How Long Does Invisalign Treatment Take?

Treatment times for Invisalign can vary based on a variety of factors.

  • The average Invisalign treatment is 12-18 months.

  • Simple cases may only take 6 months but the exact length will depend on your individual case. Although you should start seeing results in a matter of weeks or months.

  • The dentist will give you a series of aligners which need to be changed every 1-2 weeks. You must wear the aligners for atleast 22 hours a day.

  • If you do not consistently wear the aligners the treatment will not be as effective and could take longer for you to see results.
